Angela Normand

I specialize in the wounds that often go unspoken: family estrangement, religious trauma, and generational trauma. These experiences can leave us feeling isolated, questioning our worth, and struggling to trust ourselves and others.

I am trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR) through the Parnell Institute, a specialized approach for headeep relational wounds. This isn't about managing symptoms—it's about healing patterns at their roling ot so you can finally move forward.

My personal journey informs everything I do. I know what it's like to navigate systems that weren't built for us, to advocate fiercely for our children, and to heal our own wounds while supporting theirs.

Whether you're breaking free from painful core beliefs, grieving estranged family relationships, carrying pain passed down through generations, or supporting a child whose identity challenges your family system—I create a space where your story matters and all parts of you belong.

We all have the strength to grow and heal—but we don’t have to do it alone. I offer a warm, supportive space to help you uncover your strengths, move through challenges, and feel more connected and confident.

With over 25 years of experience, I support children, teens, adults, and families navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, grief, trauma, and more. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience, especially in supporting neurodiverse individuals and families of First Responders.

My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in compassion—with a touch of humor to keep therapy approachable. If this speaks to you, I’d be honored to connect for a free consultation.
